Busy weekend


Sooo I would have written on this earlier...but I got asked to perform in the Superbowl Half-time show and I have been sooo busy! I am sorry for the delay!


But anyways, I loved watching Amadeus. I never knew anything about Mozart's past or how truly crazy yet talented he was! Every class I feel like I'm learning new things about art and music and I'm loving it! Don Giovanni was an outstanding opera and its amazes me that it was about Mozart's abusive and crazy father. I also enjoyed watching Farinelli and finding out about castrate and how they intentionally castrated men so their voices never change and always have that very high pitch.
I will try to blog asap..but I have Superbowl practice from 1:00pm - 8:30pm on thursday and everyday following lol! I guess it is a once in a lifetime experience!!

Back to school

My name is Alyssa and I am a Sophomore from New Jersey. My major is Finance with a minor in Accounting. I am very excited to be back in Tampa this semester, especially with the Superbowl and Gasparilla coming up in the next couple of weeks. I live with my parents, older brother, and two dogs in a town called Sayreville. It is Bon Jovi's hometown...and i think that is the only thing it is famous for! I am obsessed with the Jersey Shore and shopping, like every girl. I just finished reading the Twilight series of books and cannot wait for the second movie to come out in November! When I first enrolled in Art and Technology I had no idea what it would be about. After the first day of class, I am very excited and thrilled to find out how art has changed and evolved over the years. I never knew much about art, so I think this class will challenge me in many ways and increase my knowledge of music, movies, and art and how art is used in everyday life. This is also my very first blog, which I am very nervous/excited about since I am a first timer.
